We now have an open position for

Cloud Software Architect

in the development of our next generation solutions which are based on modern cloud technologies. Your location could be Jyväskylä or Vantaa with possibility for remote working. As a member of our development team you will be defining and implementing the new Aidon ACE metering platform and other Aidon services. You will contribute to technology choices and to the definition of software architecture and public APIs. We are a Microsoft Partner, which gives us a front seat view to the technology roadmaps of Microsoft Azure services.

We appreciate several years’ experience and a proven track record in architecture definition and technology selection of cloud platforms and services with high amounts of real-time data. To be successful in this role you should have a strong experience of, and skills related to architectural design of data centric solutions, as well as agile methodologies. In addition, you have proven skills in the latest cloud platforms and components, preferably Azure.  You have strong knowledge of cloud related technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Azure services), data modelling and visualisation technologies (e.g. Data Vault, Power BI, Power Apps), data storage solutions (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure Data lake and Blob Storage) and analytics (e.g. Azure Data Factory and Stream Analytics).

An open mind, ability to solve obstacles, initiativeness and strong commitment to achieving targets make a great starting point to this job.
